OffShop Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 01 June 2025

At OffShop, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both our customers and our team.

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • You contact us within 8 hours of placing the order.

To cancel, email us at support@offshop.co.za with your order number and reason for cancellation. If the order is still in our system, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may follow our Returns & Refunds Policy to return the item once received.

3. Digital Products or Services

Digital or downloadable products cannot be canceled once the purchase is complete and the item has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Out-of-Stock Items

If a product you ordered is no longer available, we will notify you and offer:

  • A full refund
  • A suitable replacement
  • Or the option to wait for restocking (where applicable)

5. Refund Timeline

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
