We aim to ensure all product details, images, and prices are accurate and up to date. However, OffShop reserves the right to correct any errors, change prices, or modify product availability without prior notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on OffShop constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. OffShop accepts secure online payments via supported payment gateways.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur. OffShop is not liable for any delays once an order has been dispatched.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed once items are inspected. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
